A little more about Batman

This amazing character first appeared in Detective Comics #27 in May 1939.

Batman was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger.

Early Years

Batman first story was called "The case of the chemical syndicate" and was published in Detective comics #27,in his early years Batman proved a hit character and received his own solo in 1940 (just one year later) about a year later Batma was almost the full figure(Kane said my mature Batman: Jerk).

As we know Batman have a super belt(we wish to have one of those) was introduced in Detective Comics #29 (July 1939) but that's not all that we want from Batman also we want the boomerang-like batarang, the bat-vehicle and the bat plane that appeared in Detectice Comics #31 (september 1939).The origin of Batman was reveled in #33 (november 1939) (A rish man that want to save the world).

The 1950's and 1960's

June 1952 Batman teams up with SuperMan (the man with X-Rays and those cool stuff).

Frederic Wertham's book (seduction of the innocent in 1954.Wertham's thesis was that children imitated crimes committed in Comics books.Wertham's criticized Batman Comics for their supposed homosexual overtomes (yeah Homosexual) and argued that Batman and Robin were portrayed as LOVERS (he means that they make out sometimes).

New Look

Batman get his new look in 1964 because the sales of Batmanlitle had fallen drastically(selling dreams),that year DC was "planning to kill Batman off altogether but a new editor appeared(with flashing lights and everything)Julius Schwartz was assigned to the Batman litle. He made drastic changes beginning with 1964's Detective Comics #327 (new cover and new bat-mobile).
